MAF Sunday!

Sunday: Had a great and informative day with the Mission Aviation Fellowship representative at Gorgie. It is amazing that these Christian pilots make such a difference by flying their planes in to some of the remotest parts of the world. He told us a story about a lady who was the first Christian in a village, one of the MAF reps had gone out and was told to go and visit with this lady. He entered her mud hut and saw she had nothing. No furniture or ornaments. He asked her about being the first Christian in the village and what that was like, she looked around and said, "I owe it all to Jesus". We in the western world are so comfortable and often we thank only ourselves. She was grateful for the very little she had in this worlds goods because she was rich in Jesus.
